模具激光焊接機

模具激光焊接機是通過激光瞬間产生的高熱能將專用焊絲熔接到模具的破損部位，與原有基材牢固熔接，經電火花、磨削等加工成光面，從而修補模具。可針對模具沙眼、裂縫、崩角及磨損的微小部位進行精密修復。本焊接機外觀策劃大氣，可自由移動，滿足多種模具材料的修補需求，操作性強。焊後硬度高、不會产生裂縫和沙孔。

適合中小型模具補焊及金屬零件手動點焊，用於S136、SKD-11、NAK80、718、738、P20、W302等多種模具鋼，以及碳鋼、普通合金鋼、不銹鋼、塑膠模具、鑄造模、鍛造模、沖壓模、壓鑄模等。
