超薄玻璃

我們一般把0.1-1.1mm厚度的玻璃稱為超薄玻璃,超薄玻璃也叫超薄電子觸控玻璃。超薄玻璃具有優良的硬度、透明性、耐熱性、電氣絕緣性、不透氣性,在氧化和光照環境下具有相對穩定的機械和化學性能,可應用於平板電腦、通話、可穿戴設備、車載顯示等顯示器,如腕表、2.5D、3D通話、折叠通話、柔性電子書、曲面電視等,是21世紀不可或缺的關鍵材料。0.12mm超薄玻璃薄如蝉翼,不僅透光率高,而且柔韌性好,被彎曲成環狀也不會折斷,堪稱玻璃中的黑科技。

产品應用

超薄玻璃主要應用於現有的智能通話、智能電視、電腦等市場。智能通話包含基板玻璃、彩色濾光玻璃、ITO導電玻璃、導光板玻璃、通話前後盖板玻璃等多種電子玻璃加工产品,是電子玻璃最重要的應用範圍之一。智能通話大尺寸化、智能化、高清化,尤其是5G通訊,給電子玻璃加工帶來了巨大的市場需求。

超薄玻璃的加工技藝-切割

超薄電子玻璃的切割加工主要包括兩部分:一是玻璃原片的切割;二是加工後的電子玻璃的切割。

目前,超薄電子玻璃切割方式主要有兩種:傳統的硬質合金或金剛石刀輪切割,以及新興的皮秒激光切割

超快激光通過聚焦頭聚焦獲得的微米級光束,具有高峰值功率密度。光束作用在玻璃材料上時,光束中心光強度比邊緣低,使得材料中心折射率比邊緣變化大,光束中心傳播速度比邊緣慢,光束出現非線性光學克爾效應來产生自聚焦,繼續提升功率密度。直到達到某個能量阈值,材料产生低密度等離子體,降低材料中心折射率,達成光束散焦。在實際切割玻璃中,優化聚焦系統及焦距,可達成重復性聚焦/散焦過程,形成穩定穿孔。
